Job Overview
The HR Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the full range of human resource functions across the organization, including recruitment and selection, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, and HR compliance. The role ensures that HR programs and policies are effectively implemented across all branches in support of business objectives. The position provides strategic HR guidance to Management and Area Coaches, drives organizational development initiatives, and safeguards compliance with labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company policies. The HR Manager likewise leads a team of HR practitioners and ensures the delivery of consistent, high-quality HR services across Northern Luzon branches.

Requirements
Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits. Working knowledge of Philippine labor law, DOLE regulations, NLRC procedures, and statutory compliance requirements. Proven ability to design and implement HR programs, policies, and initiatives aligned with business goals. Strong employee relations skills, including handling grievances, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution with sound judgment. Experience in performance management systems, including KRA/KPI setting, monitoring, and evaluation. Skilled in organizational development, change management, and culture-building initiatives. Strong leadership and people management skills to supervise and develop HR staff across multiple branches. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills for engaging employees and senior leadership. Analytical and data-driven approach to HR metrics, reporting, and decision-making. Proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to travel to branch locations across Northern Luzon as needed. Strong project management and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing HR priorities under tight timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience managing HR operations across multiple sites or branches, preferably in retail, pharmacy, or FMCG industries. Solid background in employee and labor relations, including handling DOLE-SENA cases and NLRC proceedings. Experience developing and rolling out training programs, engagement initiatives, and performance management systems. Exposure to organizations undergoing growth, expansion, or organizational transformation is an advantage. Experience working with licensed professionals (e.g., pharmacists) and understanding of PRC requirements is a plus. Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional departments.
