Job Overview

Job Summary

The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall management, supervision, and optimization of the plant's daily operations, maintenance, and performance. This role ensures that all plant systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and grid coordination protocols. The position oversees personnel performance, preventive maintenance, asset management, and operational reporting to achieve maximum plant reliability, safety, and availability.

  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying schedules
