Job Summary

As a Plant Operator at the Mangima Hydroelectric Power Plant, you will ensure the continuous, efficient, and safe operation of our hydroelectric facility. This role is critical in maintaining stable generation output, coordinating with the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP), and performing preventive maintenance to keep systems running at peak performance. You will operate and monitor all plant systems, conduct inspections, implement safety protocols, and serve as Officer-in-Charge during management absences, particularly on night shifts.

- 2–5 years of experience in power plant operations or maintenance (hydroelectric, thermal, or similar facilities)
- Previous experience in hydroelectric power plant operations
- Demonstrated experience in shift-based operational roles
- Track record of maintaining safe and efficient plant operations
- Experience coordinating with grid operators and regulatory agencies
- Background in preventive and predictive maintenance practices
- Experience working in dynamic, safety-driven operational environments
- Prior experience serving in leadership roles during shifts

- Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License (advantage) - Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering
- Safety Training Certification (preferred)
- Emergency Response/First Aid Certification (preferred)
