Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to placement
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate technical and client interviews
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Build and manage pipelines of IT and technical professionals
- Provide regular recruitment updates to clients and management
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, IT or related field; at least 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience; technical recruitment experience; familiarity with IT roles such as Software Developers, QA Engineers, IT Support Specialists, Network Engineers, Data Analysts; strong communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills; ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using ATS platforms and job portals.
