Job Overview

JOBSFINDER PLACEMENT AGENCY INC. is looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to join our Operations Department. The HR Manager will lead and oversee all human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, policy development, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive HR experience who can build efficient HR processes, support organizational growth, and align people strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the overall HR operations and initiatives of the company.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify manpower requirements.
  • Develop workforce planning strategies to support business growth.
  • Manage employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Promote employee engagement and maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions.
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Support leaders in setting performance goals and development plans.
  • Monitor employee productivity and organizational effectiveness.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration.
  • Ensure proper implementation of government-mandated benefits.
  • Monitor compliance with Philippine labor regulations.
  • Identify organizational training needs.
  • Implement learning and development programs.
  • Support leadership development and succession planning.
  • Monitor HR metrics and KPIs.
  • Prepare management reports and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field; 5-8 years of progressive HR experience; 3 years of managerial experience; Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices; Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance; Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
