Key Responsibilities
This is a hands-on leadership role, not just a strategy role:
Own the playbooks, the metrics, and the results.
Launch campaigns that position CGA as the trusted partner for school safety.
Coach the creative team on case studies that resonate with superintendents and parent councils.
Repurpose press coverage after national features.
Partner with sales to fine-tune messaging for a referral program.
Ensure the digital presence (website, LinkedIn, content) is current.
Own everything including messaging, campaigns, digital, PR, and partner marketing.
Requirements

Preferred Qualifications
- Ideally has experience in B2B SaaS, security tech, or edtech.
- Experience leading distributed marketing teams (bonus for experience with U.S. and PH talent together).
