Job Overview

This role exists to own the Small to Mid-size Business (SMB) segment of the business, which includes private schools under 5,000 students, faith-based organizations, and community/commercial facilities. The Senior Director will be responsible for the strategy, revenue, and team for this side of the business. Key Responsibilities

The role is not "manage from afar" and involves closing deals, building playbooks, and coaching. Examples include:

  • Sales Execution: Closing deals, such as running calls with private school principals who have no budget and walking them through grants and phased rollouts.

  • Strategy & Leadership: Owning the strategy, revenue, and the team for the SMB segment.

  • Team Building/Coaching: Building and leading a PH-based team , including coaching SDRs on how to get skeptical customers (e.g., a pastor) to book a discovery call.

  • Process/System Management: Keeping the CRM clean and reports accurate to provide leadership with a clear view of the pipeline.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Partnering with resellers who understand local politics.

    • Working with marketing to ensure materials (like a flyer) resonate in parent council meetings.
